HJ Development is redeveloping the 0.82-acre site on the hard corner of Hwy. 7 & CR-101 in Minnetonka.  Acquired in 2020, the site was previously operated by Bremer Bank.  Beginning this June, the site will be completely transformed to make room for a 5,381 SF, ground-up, Mister Car Wash.  Construction is anticipated to wrap by the end of 2022, with the car wash opening to the public in early 2023.  For more information please contact us directly.
