HJ Development Acquires Crossroads of Roseville
Minneapolis-based HJ Development recently acquired Crossroads of Roseville, a multi-tenant suburban shopping center. The site, located at County Road B2 West and Snelling Avenue, is 357,115 square feet and is home to 12 tenants including Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ulta, The Original Pancake House, Kohl’s, and more. With its great visibility and prime location, the property will be a long-term holding for HJ. The HJ team is thrilled about acquiring Crossroads of Roseville and continuing to expand the company’s retail portfolio holdings in the Midwest.
